Hi! My wife Rachel and I have been working with Wycliffe Bible Translators in Nigeria since 2005. We have two children: David (3) and Anna (1). For most of our time here I have been teaching in the Linguistics and Translation Department at the Theological College of Northern Nigeria in Bukuru, just outside Jos in Central Nigeria. Until the summer of 2009, Rachel had been teaching an elementary class at Hillcrest School in Jos, but since then has been working as an ethnoartist, exploring ways of helping Nigerians express their Christian faith through the arts. To watch a short (albeit rather technical) video on the role of a ethnoartist, click here.
